Mood [Freezing]
Currently Playing [One Direction – Half a Heart]

I was so thrilled when I got my hands on these new Wet N Wild makeup brushes because not only are they cruelty-free, they are also extremely affordable. All of these brushes are under $4 CAD! I am loving the packaging and the sleek designs of these brushes. They don’t look cheap at all.

This two-toned foundation brush is the perfect balance of firmness and softness. Made of versatile synthetic bristles for any formula, from cream to liquid, apply your foundation with ease for a streak-free, flawless finish.

-Made of versatile synthetic bristles
-Perfect balance of firmness and softness for any foundation formula

Suggested Retail Price: $3.99 CAD

This is my favorite brush out of the 3 because it really does have the perfect balance between firmness and softness. I have been using this religiously in the past 2/3 weeks and I just always gravitate back to it. I just love how easy it is to blend my foundation with this brush and feels very soft against my skin. It’s not the best foundation brush that I’ve tried but of course, given the $3.99 price tag, it’s a great brush.

The short, rounded natural bristles pick up as much shadow as you need, from a light application to a heavy dose of colour! Want a little inside tip? Don’t sweep it away! Press your shadow on for more vibrant colour!

Features:
-Made of natural goal hairs! Still peta-certified and cruelty-free!
-Short, rounded bristles for perfect eyeshadow application

Suggested Retail Price: $1.99 CAD

Wow, $1.99 for an eyeshadow brush! Now that’s a steal! This brush has a rounded end and picks up eyeshadow without any problems. The bristles are soft but not the softest ones that I’ve tried. Personally, I think this eyeshadow brush works better as a smugger for my eyes because I don’t have a huge lid area to work with. I normally would prefer a brush with even shorter bristles than and is more dense this one. But does it do its job as an eyeshadow brush? Yes! This is a good brush for any beginners who are just venturing into the makeup world and wants an eyeshadow brush brush without breaking a bank.

The Louder Powder Brush
Turn on the powder! This amped up, plush, brush has soft, curved natural bristles perfect for picking up just the right amount of powder and evenly applying it to your moneymaker!

Features:
-Made of natural goal hairs! Still peta-certified and cruelty-free!
-Short, rounded bristles for perfect powder application

Suggested Retail Price: $3.99 CAD

Unfortunately, this brush just doesn’t make the cut in my books. Wet N Wild makes a good attempt at creating this powder brush but the brush just isn’t soft enough for my liking. Plus, it’s not dense enough. Also, when I was cleaning the brush for the first time, this brush turned the water a shade of black. I assumed some of the dye came off so I was glad that it didn’t get on my face. The other two brushes didn’t have this problem, only this one.

Will any of you be checking out these Wet N Wild brushes? They will be available in mass market retailers beginning February 2015.
