I love liquid liners! And I’m not afraid to admit it since I use it every single day! (Read all my reviews of my past favorite eyeliners here). I’m also always excited to try new liquid liner options and I’m very thrilled to be reviewing these new liquid liners from L’Oreal Paris. I’m talking a little bit about each of the liners.

Infallible Super Slim 12 HR – The first stroke in the photo above
Let me start with the positive. I personally really love the design and the packaging of this product. It has a grip where you hold the liner like a pen you write with and I think that’s very sleek. It also makes it very easy to apply. However, I’m only liking the formula and not loving it. It is very pigmented and the color is a true black. However, I have oily skin and this product have smudged around and below my lids creating small panda eyes. While the smudging is not massive but it can be problematic to touch up.

Infallible Blackbuster 8 HR – The second stroke in the photo above
The tip of this product is very firm and thick, so I find it challenging to really get to the corners of my eyes (I do have small eyes). My liquid liners are usually thin, thus, it is harder to work with this one. I think it takes getting use to and once you do, you’ll not have a problem with using it. Just like the previous liner, I find the formula to be just alright. While the color is very dark but it doesn’t live up to its smudge proof claim. You can see from the photo below. This liner is a little better at withstanding my smudging test than the previous liner.

Overall, I would not recommend these two liners because of the smudging problem that it cause on my lids. Maybe if you do not have oily skin, these products may be very suitable for you. But if you have oily lids like me, I would recommend another liquid eyeliner.

Sad these eyeliners were a miss. :( I’m still on the hunt for a decent drugstore eyeliner. Maybe I should just splurge at Sephora.
