WHY I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
With Christmas around the corner, I can’t help but add more sparkle and glitter to my makeup routine. This extends to my nails as well. Wet N Wild Fergie nail colour is coming out with 3 new shades that will be available at the beginning of February 2015. Here are the new colours:
New Year’s Kiss
This colour is my favorite out of the three. It is a silver with holo bar glitter. The glitter changes with the light so it can look like yellow/green/blue shimmers. I find that one coat is enough to cover the entire nail because the glitter is so dense. It looks great on bare nails or on top of another nail polish colour.
This is a polish medium gold hex glitter with smaller gold hex glitter. I really like the contrast of the large and small glitter pieces. I think this topper is super pretty! I highly suggest wearing it over a red for Christmas. The formula is a bit more watery than the previous polish and thus, you do have to be careful that it doesn’t run all over your nails. You also need to pay more attention to where you apply the glitters to make sure that they are suspended nicely.
This polish is a clear base nail polish with gold and pink hex glitters and tiny multi colored hex glitters. It looks really cool because you can even catch glimpse of purple, teal and green in the sunlight. It is also watery like the previous polish so distributing the glitter evenly will take sometime and patience. But it does have a smooth finish, which I really enjoy.
The one thing that I didn’t like about these polishes was the brush. I usually prefer brushes that are thicker to ensure an easier application process. But at a suggested retail price of a mere $3.99 CAD, I really can’t complain.
