Here is my Challenge #2 of the Turn It Up Challenge. (You can see challenge #1 here). Turn it Up is your ultimate destination for all things beauty, fashion, music and culture. COVERGIRL, Olay and Herbal Essences have teamed up to bring you the ultimate girl’s night out (and everything in between) guide.

So this is Challenge #2: Using the Olay Fresh Effects, CoverGirl and Herbal Essences products, show your “Best Five Minute Face”! I’m always in a rush but at the same time I still want to look my best. So I’m really thankful for this challenge and some of the products that makes getting ready in the morning such an ease. Please stay tune at the end of the post to find out how you can win all of the products that I’ve used in this challenge.

This is the final look that I’ve created for this “Best Five Minute Face” challenge! Very simple and yet, look at those lashes! :) It actually looks like I have some! :) Keep scrolling down to find out how I came up with this final look.

I’m a firm believer that, like a great painting, a beautiful face starts with a fresh canvas. So in order to look refreshed each morning, skincare is a must. Here are the products that will not only help your skin look refreshed when you’re tired but it’s quick.

Make the most of your morning with a multi-tasking cleanser. The salicylic aside and exfoliating micro beads in Olay Fresh Effects (Out of this Swirled) Deep Pore Clean + Exfoliating Scrub help you speed through your routine.

Next, awaken and energize your skin with Olay Fresh Effects (Dew Over!) Hydrating Gel Moisturizer. The instant boost of cooling hydration you feel is thanks to hydrating honeysuckle and anti-oxidant rich white tea.

Eyes looking a bit puffy? Pamper them with Olay Fresh Effects (Bright on Schedule) Eye Awakening Cream. The cooling applicator massage as it hydrates to reduce the look of puffiness and dark circles for an instant pick me up.

Finally, say bye bye to blotches and leave your skin looking healthy, glowing and even with Fresh Effects (BB Cream!) Skin Perfecting Tinted Moisturizing Cream. Personally, I would not recommend this for anyone who needs extra coverage or have oily/combination skin.

For makeup, I only used these two items. Keep your lips moisturized! With 60% lip conditioning ingredients, COVERGIRL Lipsticks Smoochies Lip Balm in #BE Sweet hydrates with a hint of sheer, beautiful colour. I even used this on my cheeks to create a bit of a glow.

Be tech savvy – the tight spacing between the precisely designed bristles of COVERGIRL Clump Crusher Mascara is smaller than the average clump size, stopping clumps before they start. I personally cannot believe how long and curled my lashes look with this mascara. Another GREAT mascara on the western market that’s suitable for Asian lashes!

For my hair, I like adding this Herbal Essences Honey I’m Strong Silkening Spray to my hair and then work through each strand evenly. It helps to detangle and strengthen my hair against damage while leaving hair soft and shiny. I use then spray some of the Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Tousling Hairspray on my bangs for a soft, shiny texture with a flexible hold.

When second-day hair just won’t do, you’ll have to use a shampoo and conditioner that helps product against breakage cause from everyday styling. I suggest Herbal Essences Honey I’m Strong Shampoo and Conditioner.
