WHY I LOVE THIS PRODUCTS
I’m finally getting around to reviewing these amazing matte balm by Revlon. This product is supposed to give the wearer a “velvety matte look” with just enough hydration to prevent lips from drying up. I’m really enjoying the jumbo-sized lip pencil because it’s always great to not have to use a sharpener. Elusive is a warm-toned pink with just a bit of yellow underneath. It has a satin-matte finish.
-Highly pigmented: full color coverage
-Glides on the lips very smoothly
-Good wear time: more than 4.5 hours on lips.
-Not heavily scented: it has a slit mint smell
-Not really as hydrating as a balm, but definitely better than any matte lipsticks that I’ve tried
-Retail price is a little steep at around $10 CAD per stick after tax. But if they are on sale, which I’ve noticed is usually the case now, they can go down to $5 CAD! :)
