Last week I got to attend the L’oreal Warehouse sale in Toronto. It has become a bit of a tradition for me each year to attend. I am also grateful for Merry of makeupbymerry, who always so kindly provide the tickets for me.
This year, I was very happy with my purchases! Not only did I find some familiar products but also found some new items that I have not seen before at the sale. (You can search for my previous experience with this sale through the search bar on the blog). The first products that caught my attention were the Vichy foundations! Not only were they a great colour match for me but they were only around $5 per bottle! Amazing deal!
My love for Maybelline’s Baby Lips is endless! I picked up some new shades that I did not have in my collection. I also didn’t see these colours during the last sale, so happy to see that the have stocked up. I can’t wait to try them out and for $2.50 each, I can’t say no.
I have wanted to say this L’oreal Youth Code bb cream for so long! I saw this during the last sale but it was around $12 so it wasn’t much for a discount. However, this time around at the sale, it went down to $6.75. So I had to grab it right away. But the sad part? Medium was too dark for me! :(
Another new item I found at the sale: Kiehl’s! I was really shocked! They didn’t have a lot of variety but at least it was a start! I hope they will stick up more lines from this brand next time. I only purchased this eye cream that I was very happy to add to my routine. My under-eyes had been so dry lately, so I hope this would help.
Last but not least, Biotherm’s White D-Tox serum and foam face wash. This entire kit was only $20! Correct me if I’m wrong, but I have never seen this line at the regular counters at Biotherm? I’m assuming it’s because “whitening” products are not too popular in North America. So I’m always happy to stock up at the sale and plus, the price went down from the last visit. And with Rainie Yang on the box, who’s practically my idol and girl crush, how can I resist?
