WHY I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
I remember when I first picked this up a few months ago at one of the MAC Warehouse Sale, I couldn't help but notice how odd the container was. It reminded me a lot of my contact lenses cases, but I guess it make sense because the product features two different kinds of eye cream - one for the day and one for the night.

So I have been using this cream since September of this year (a little over 2 months now) and I must say, it's AMAZING! Ever since the beginning of this school year, I had notice that I started getting really, really dark under-eye circles. I think it was a result of stress, a lack of sleep and not keeping up with a healthy diet. And even as I continued to use my old eye-cream (The Shiseido White Lucent), I saw little results. Thus, I thought it was time for a change or maybe something more "heavy-duty" and it was definitely a right choice.

The day gel is feels light, which is just great for day time because anything else will just feel too creamy and oily. As I applied the day gel under my eyes and on my lids, it gives a slightly cooling and tingly feeling and it melts into the skin instantly. It is also very moisturizing. On the other hand, the night cream is more of a thick consistency. That's very good because it ensures that your eyes will not dry out throughout the night. However, you should make sure that you pat on the product with your ring fingers so that you won't rub or tug on the skin under your eye, which is very sensitive.

The only downside that I can say about this product is the price. On it's website, it's selling for around $40 USD. I was lucky enough to get this at the MAC Warehouse Sale for only $20 CAD, which is such a steal! So this product is not cheap. However, what you pay is what you get. The results are visible after just one month of usage. Plus, a little bit of the product can go a long way. Even after using it daily for the past 2 months, I still have more than 3/4 of the product left.

My only concern now is where to repurchase this item. If anyone knows where I can find Goodskin Labs products in Canada, please give me a shout either on here, Twitter or Facebook! It'll be greatly appreciated!

We all love glitter! But let's face the fact that they are really hard to work with. Especially when it comes to applying and blending it all over the eyes! Well, fear no more! Two of my biggest regrets from the show were not picking up the Kett Sett Powder and Parian Spirit brush cleaner. I have heard amazing things about these products but because I was trying to "save" money, I decided not to get them! Now a week after IMATS, I REGRET it SO MUCH! KJ Bennett really recommends the Kett Sett Powder in any makeup artists' kit. He has been using it for a really, really long time! And it was only $18 at IMATS!

NYX Cosmetics

I think next to Makeup Forever, NYX cosmetics had the busiest booth in IMATS. I couldn't even take anymore photos of the booth because there were just so many people! I personally didn't find the prices too cheap at IMATS, but I guess it's because the collection was so extensive and thus, attracts a lot of people.

I probably have only one more media coverage left for IMATS, which will probably focus on my haul. I hope I'll be able to get it up by the end of this week! So stay tune for that!

Recently received this beautiful Nordic print dress from Trinity Styles. It's definitely something that's really my style and I like it a lot! I have ton two other reviews for this company in the past, you can check them out here and here! I have always been satisfied with their items and they always stock up on the cutest items!



The nordic dress is very nicely made and it's so affordable at only $20 CAD. Though thin, but it can definitely withstand a few washes. I would style this dress with some warm leggings and layers so that it's wearable in the harsh Canadian winter. It's a great piece to layer underneath a boyfriend sweater. Some of my favourite fall items that the company have stocked up on are: Boho style bat-wing knit, Furry soft poncho and the WC bear sweater.
